Heart of Acara Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization created to provide financial relief or amenities to improve the quality of life for those diagnosed with a terminal illness, and support community awareness and access to end-of-life care.
The Foundation can provide one-time financial assistance with food, shelter, a final wish, or any other reasonable grant request. It also supports access and education related to community hospice care, community grief support, and advanced care planning. We exist to bring hospice patients and their loved ones a better quality of life and peace of mind at the end of life.
